Peaceful location next visiting the area, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Luncarty centre. Breakfast with great view.

Great breakfast selection with lots of toast and cereals 🥣. the location here is lovely and convenient, close to both a small town and a bigger city center. Plus, it's just the right distance away to give you a bit of peacefulness.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the bright and spacious rooms to the large ensuite bathrooms, everything was top-notch. Secondly, the location was perfect for exploring the area. Being surrounded by beautiful countryside and enjoying peaceful surroundings made my stay all the more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, with a great view to accompany it. All in all, this hotel was a great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect.

Lovely countryside location with easy access to Perth. Beautiful garden and stunning views from the conservatory. Breakfast has plenty of variety and is delicious. Spacious bathroom and comfortable kingsize bed. Peaceful and quiet stay.
